Our jewelry is made of high-quality gold or silver plated materials, nickel-free and affordable, while they have the same appearance as real gold or silver jewelry.

Keep your jewelry beautiful for longer by taking it off when showering, swimming, exercising, and sleeping. Avoid contact with chemicals such as soap, perfume and cosmetic products. Store your jewelry dry in a jewelry box to keep it in top condition.

Many of our rings are one size, suitable for any size. For rings with specific sizes, you can read in the product description how to easily measure your ring size.

We offer a 3 month warranty on all our jewelry. We repair or replace free of charge in case of production errors. Damage due to incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.

Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is on average 1-3 working days. Weekend orders will be processed the next working day.

Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are €2.95. Shipping costs are free for orders from €39.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace code to track your package.

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can change or cancel your order by contacting Lè Velair. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after shipment.

Orders can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Send an email to klantenservice@le-velair.nl for return instructions.
