Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Delivery time is on average 1-3 working days. Weekend orders will be processed the next working day.

Keep your jewelry beautiful for longer by taking it off when showering, swimming, exercising, and sleeping.

Avoid contact with chemicals such as soap, perfume and cosmetic products. Store your jewelry dry in a jewelry box to keep it in top condition.

What about the warranty? What about the warranty?

We offer a 3 month warranty on all our jewelry. We repair or replace free of charge in case of production errors. Damage due to incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.

Our jewelry is made of high-quality gold or silver plated materials, nickel-free and affordable, while they have the same appearance as real gold or silver jewelry.

Orders can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Send an email to klantenservice@le-velair.nl for return instructions.
